Premier Scout

Things we learned:

We can use the same room for the office and hospital scene. Hospital scene on opposite side of the room as hospital.
They have a space that looks like a board room already setup. Would recommend using this, its across the hall from the office/hospital room. Have gotten approval to use.
We can tent the window for the lighting gag if given enough time at the beginning of the day. We will add removable frost and some planets on the outside of the window to give it texture.
We will need 3 hours at the top of the day to get everything setup. Loading in, art, lighting, etc.
